By accessing or using services provided by M3 One Talent, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
•Scope: M3 One Talent offers services including, but not limited to, professional photoshoots, branding consultations, content creation, artist development, and related media services.
•Customization: Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in individual agreements or service orders.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
•Booking: Services are scheduled by appointment only. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to secure preferred dates and times.
•Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
•Timeliness: Clients are expected to arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Delays may result in reduced session time without adjustment to fees.
•Preparation: Clients should come prepared as advised for each service (e.g., wardrobe, materials, etc.).
4. Intellectual Property
•Ownership: All materials created by M3 One Talent remain the property of M3 One Talent until full payment is received.
•Usage Rights: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered materials for agreed-upon purposes. M3 One Talent reserves the right to use created content for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
•Privacy: M3 One Talent respects client confidentiality and will not disclose any sensitive information without prior consent.
•Data Protection: Personal data collected will be used solely for service provision and will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
•Service Outcomes: While M3 One Talent strives for excellence, specific results from services (e.g., audience reach, engagement) cannot be guaranteed.
•Damages: M3 One Talent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Governing Law
•These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which M3 One Talent operates.
Refund Policy
1. General Policy
•No Refunds: Once a service has commenced, all fees are non-refundable. This includes situations where the client chooses not to complete the service.
•Deposits: Any deposits made to secure services are non-refundable but may be transferable to another service at the discretion of M3 One Talent.
2. Cancellations
•Client-Initiated: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled service will result in forfeiture of any payments made.
•Company-Initiated: In the unlikely event that M3 One Talent needs to cancel a service, clients will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.
3. Exceptions
•Service Issues: If a client is dissatisfied with a service due to a fault on the part of M3 One Talent, a review will be conducted. Remedies may include a rescheduled session or partial refund, at the discretion of M3 One Talent.
•Force Majeure: No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to events beyond the control of either party (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies). Rescheduling options will be offered where possible.
By engaging with M3 One Talent’s services, clients acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
